Executive team

Toni Eberhart

Executive Director

Toni moved to Huntsville from Pennsylvania in 2012 when her husband landed a job as an aerospace engineer with NASA. Since then, she's held a variety of roles in marketing for area technology companies. In summer 2016, she launched a marketing-focused user group at CoWorking Night. Before long, she and Chris were talking about growing an innovation economy in North Alabama and how she might play a larger role in that effort. In January 2017, she took the position as Executive Director at New Leaf Digital where she manages the business of the organization.

Chris Beaman

Founder, Chairman of the Board

Originally from Boston, Chris cofounded Grapevine Logic, an ad-tech company, and spent a few years working in Boston's largest co-working space, the Cambridge Innovation Center. Following this, Chris joined TechStars startup, CoachUp, where he served as Lead Designer. In January 2015, Chris was recruited to Huntsville to manage an ad-tech product with Curse Gaming. It wasn't long before Chris fell in love with Huntsville and began organizing community activity around entrepreneurship and innovation.
